Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. You keep access until then, and your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can reactivate or export it.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Standard. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer against an invoice with net-30 terms.

UAE and EU customers are charged VAT per local rules (handled automatically by Stripe Tax). Invoices always include a tax breakdown suitable for your accounting.
