Inventroy provides cloud-hosted business management software, including modules for inventory, sales, accounting, and related operations.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed per active user per month or year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting malware, or violating applicable laws.

6. Data ownership

You retain all rights to data you upload to the Service. We process your data only as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with these Terms. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
